1. The waste sorting machine utilizes a device that separates bricks from concrete blocks. It includes a housing with a frame fixed within it, which is mounted within the housing via supports at the bottom.
2. An eccentric vibrating mechanism and a screen plate are mounted on the frame. The eccentric vibrating mechanism is located below the screen plate and connected to the screen plate via a hinged drive rod. The eccentric vibrating mechanism is connected to a motor, which drives the screen plate to vibrate in an elliptical trajectory.
3. A brick discharge port is connected to the lower end of the screen plate, while a concrete discharge port is connected to the upper end of the screen plate. Both the brick discharge port and the lower end of the concrete
discharge port extend from the housing.
4. An air blower is fixed to the lower portion of the waste sorting machine frame.
5. A feed inlet and a debris discharge port are located on the housing above the frame.
6. The waste sorting machine can separate bricks and concrete blocks from recycled construction waste into separate layers and achieve relative motion, thereby achieving automatic sorting.
