About of Construction waste sorting equipment

Construction waste sorting equipment, also known as construction waste separators, construction waste sorters, and construction waste screening machines, is well known for its complex composition. Construction waste, such as cement blocks, bricks, soil, and lightweight organic matter (plastics, fibers, wood, etc.), varies greatly in hardness and softness. Traditional processing methods struggle to separate the various components, and the resulting products are also unstable and limited in their use. Rapidly separating the mixed materials within construction waste is both the key and the challenge in recycling and repurposing construction waste. These challenges are now significantly reduced with construction waste sorting equipment.

Product Advantage

At the construction waste site, the construction waste sorting machine processes concrete blocks, waste bricks, mortar, and slag from the waste. After crushing according to construction needs, it can obtain reusable aggregate and a small amount of steel bars. The coarse aggregate is used directly as crushed stone for foundation reinforcement, road cushions, and indoor floor cushions. The fine aggregate can be made into environmentally friendly bricks such as hollow bricks, solid bricks, square bricks, and porous bricks made from construction waste concrete. The "composite bricks" processed from construction waste have excellent anti-leakage properties, and the bricks have a higher thermal resistance coefficient than the values specified in relevant standards, higher thermal insulation performance than fired bricks, higher compressive strength than fired bricks, and many indicators such as bulk density
and thermal performance are superior to those of ordinary clay bricks.

How is works

  1. The construction waste sorting equipment utilizes a device that separates bricks from concrete blocks. It includes a housing with a frame fixed within it, which is mounted within the housing via supports at the bottom.

  2. An eccentric vibrating mechanism and a screen plate are mounted on the frame. The eccentric vibrating mechanism is located below the screen plate and connected to the screen plate via a hinged drive rod. The eccentric vibrating mechanism is connected to a motor, which drives the screen plate to vibrate in an elliptical trajectory.

  3. A brick discharge port is connected to the lower end of the screen plate, and a concrete discharge port is connected to the top of the screen plate. Both the brick discharge port and the lower end of the concrete discharge
port extend from the housing.

  4. An air blower is fixed to the lower portion of the construction waste sorting equipment frame.

  5. A feed inlet and a debris discharge port are located on the housing above the frame.

  6. The construction waste sorting equipment can separate bricks and concrete blocks from recycled construction waste into separate layers and achieve relative motion, thereby achieving automatic sorting.
