Product Advantage

  This process and equipment system comprises two integrated processes for comprehensive sorting and resource utilization: automated sorting and recycling, aerobic fertilizer production (anaerobic power generation), brick making, combustible gasification and cracking power generation, metal recovery, and light plastic recovery. This process utilizes a combination of mechanical, electromagnetic, wind, and gravity sorting to fully recover organic matter,
inert materials (bricks, tiles, and stones), light plastics, and metals from the waste, resulting in significant waste sorting efficiency and resource recovery.


How is works


  The crushed waste is fed by a conveyor belt into a drum screen. The drum screen's sieve plate, initially with a 50mm aperture, separates the waste into materials smaller than 50mm (mostly organic matter) and larger than 50mm
(plastics, rocks, fabrics, rubber shoes, etc.). The undersize material smaller than 50mm undergoes magnetic separation to remove ferrous materials (bottle caps, coins, screws, batteries, etc.). A magnetic separation drum is also
installed on the conveyor to separate ferrous materials from the undersize material. The oversize material larger than 50mm can be magnetically separated to remove the iron materials (mainly iron beverage cans and iron packaging cans) from the oversize material. The oversize material after magnetic separation is sent to the comprehensive air separator by the belt conveyor for air separation. The comprehensive air separator can separate the light materials from the oversize material and the heavy materials (bricks, tiles, stones, porcelain pieces, glass pieces, etc.) from the oversize material. The remaining materials are a mixture (mainly containing hard plastics, textiles, rubber shoes, rubber
products, wet paper products, aluminum-plastic composite packaging bags, etc.)
